“This was a follow-up visit. Initial visit was to correct a shifter problem on my 2014 Vette, which John quickly fixed. I pointed out a flaw on the 3LT door panel, and a new one was ordered. This visit was to get that installed, and also to have John do a 4 wheel alignment which he had recommended previously. I like that I get to deal directly with the tech. doing the work. John explains things well, and wants to be sure I am completely satisfied before he moves on to his next job. This includes a ride along test drive to test out his work. This is the kind of service that I’m willing to drive the 40 miles to get.”
