I ordered my first Corvette from Matt Fagenbaum. As such, he & I have corresponded with one another via email. Matt’s patience in dealing with me was one of a kind. In fact, as I was so excited about getting the car, I became a PITA unintentionally. I was aware of that, apologized to Matt upon delivery, and he understood. Matt Fagenbaum was the consummate professional while dealing with me, a new customer to Van Bortel. His patience, understanding and empathy towards me while waiting for my new C8, was 2nd to none.
