The wife and I were out for a ride the other afternoon when the check engine light came on and the motor seemed to be skipping a bit. We were only a few miles from the dealership so I decided to limp over and pull in, out of the blue, to see if they could tell me what was going on. Nate dropped what he was doing and plugged in the scanner which revealed an issue that needed diagnosing. The car had to be left behind and we were provided a ride home. It was ready in a few days after a part was shipped in and a very involved installation was completed. I wanted to give a special thanks to all involved for providing me the “Royal Treatment” experience. You have assembled a very competent and hospitable service expertise that is very rare and appreciated. Thanks to Nate at the service desk for taking a look, Jon in sales for arranging a ride home, Robert for the ride, and Carlos for his magic on the tools . I feel lucky to have you guys around.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Matt and the entire team at Van Bortel Chevrolet. I called for this vehicle on a Thursday, did the paperwork over the phone and flew in the next day and drove her home to Chicago. To the detailers who cleaned this vehicle up perfectly, to the gentleman who picked us up from the airport, as well as finance and receptionist up front. This is was a First Class experience. 11/10 Highly Recommend!

Had a 100% positive experience with my purschase, I was buying a Corvette from Out of state and everything was handled with a few quick conversations, my sales person Jon took care of everything and even checked on us on our drive up from Michigan, the car was everything I hoped and full of fuel, detailed perfectly and ready to go when we arrived, we were in and out of the dealership within an hour and on the road, the car drove and performed flawlessly, I would not hesitate for a second to do business with this dealer.

Fantastic dealership, Matt worked a deal with me on a Corvette from 800+ miles away. Flew in, signed the necessary papers & got out, onto the road quick.
